1.1 Information You Provide

• Account Registration: Name, email address, mobile number, password (stored as a secure hash).
• Candidate Profile: Skills, work experience, education, location, resume, job preferences, expected salary/rate.
• Employer Profile: Company name, industry, GSTIN, address, website, company description, logo.
• Job/Jobwork Listings: Title, description, requirements, salary/budget range, location, work mode.
• Applications: Cover letters, status updates, communication related to job applications.
• Payment Information: Billing name, email, mobile, GSTIN. Card/bank details are processed directly by our payment gateway (SabPaisa) and are never stored on our servers.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Log Data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, timestamps.
• Cookies: Session cookies for authentication and platform functionality. We do not use third-party tracking cookies for advertising.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Platform Operations: To provide, maintain, and improve the platform's functionality.
• Job Matching: To match candidates with relevant jobs and jobwork based on skills and preferences.
• Communications: To send OTPs, account notifications, digest emails, and platform updates.
• Payments: To process subscription payments and generate invoices.
• Analytics: To understand platform usage and improve user experience (aggregated, non-personal data).
• Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws and regulations.

3. Privacy-First Hiring — Our Core Principle

Your data, your choice. Companies see your profile only after you apply.

• Candidate profiles are not visible to employers by default.
• Employers can only view your profile details after you have applied to their job or jobwork listing.
• We do not sell, rent, or share candidate personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
• We do not allow employers to download bulk candidate data.
• Search match counts shown to candidates ("Your profile matched X times") are anonymised — employers cannot identify you from search results alone.

4. Data Sharing

We share your data only in the following limited circumstances:

• With Employers (Candidates only): When you apply to a job/jobwork, the employer receives your profile details, resume, and application data.
• Payment Gateway: Billing details are shared with SabPaisa to process payments securely.
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
• Service Providers: With trusted service providers (email delivery, SMS) who assist in platform operations, bound by confidentiality agreements.

5. Data Retention

• Account data is retained as long as your account is active.
• If you deactivate your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 90 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., financial records, invoices — retained for 8 years as per Indian tax law).
• OTP records are automatically purged after expiry.
• Application logs and subscription records are retained for business and audit purposes.

6. Data Security

• All data is transmitted over HTTPS (TLS encryption).
• Passwords are stored using industry-standard bcrypt hashing.
• OTPs are stored as SHA-256 hashes with expiry timestamps.
• Resumes and sensitive uploads are stored in access-controlled directories with direct URL access blocked.
• Payment card/bank details are never stored on our servers — they are handled entirely by our PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.
• We implement session isolation across portals and automatic session expiry.

7. Cookies

We use only essential cookies for:

• Session management (login state, CSRF protection).
• Portal identification (separate cookies for Candidate, Employer, and Admin portals).

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We do not participate in ad networks or behavioural tracking.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete information via your profile settings.
• Delete your account and associated data by contacting support.
• Withdraw Consent for optional communications at any time.
• Data Portability — request a copy of your data in a structured format.

ZingoorJobs is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we discover that a minor has registered, we will delete their account and data promptly.
