Welcome to ZingoorJobs (https://zingoorjobs.com), operated by Precision E Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us", "our", "Company"). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
1. Definitions
- "Platform" refers to the ZingoorJobs website, including all sub-pages, portals (Candidate, Employer, Admin), APIs, and associated services.
- "Candidate" refers to an individual who registers on the platform to search for and apply to jobs or jobwork.
- "Employer" refers to a company or individual that registers to post jobs, jobwork listings, and access candidate applications.
- "Subscription" refers to a paid plan purchased by an Employer to access premium features.
- "Jobwork" refers to contractual, freelance, part-time, hourly, or project-based work engagements listed on the platform.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform.
- By registering, you represent that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
- Employers represent that they are authorised to post job listings on behalf of their organisation.
3. Account Registration & Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
- Concurrent sessions are limited as per your subscription plan. When a new session is initiated, previous sessions may be terminated automatically.
4. Candidate Terms
- Registration and use of the platform is free for candidates.
- Your profile data is private by default. Employers can see your profile only after you apply to their listing.
- You agree not to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in your profile, resume, or applications.
- We do not guarantee employment or engagement. The platform is a facilitator, not an employer.
5. Employer Terms
- Employers must purchase a subscription plan to access full platform features.
- Job and jobwork listings must be genuine, lawful, and accurately described.
- Employers shall not discriminate on the basis of race, gender, religion, caste, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
- Employers are solely responsible for their hiring decisions. We do not verify the credentials of candidates beyond what is provided on the platform.
- The number of active job posts, users, and other features are limited by the subscribed plan.
6. Subscriptions & Payments
- Subscription plans are prepaid. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
- GST at the applicable rate (currently 18%) is added to the subscription price at checkout.
- Payments are processed through our authorised payment gateway (SabPaisa). We do not store your card or bank details.
- Subscriptions are valid for the stated duration (e.g., 30 days, 90 days, 365 days) from the date of activation.
- Coupon codes, if applied, are subject to their individual terms including expiry date, minimum amount, and usage limits.
7. Intellectual Property
- All content, design, logos, trademarks, and software on the platform are the property of Precision E Technologies Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without prior written consent.
- Content you upload (profile data, resumes, job listings) remains your property, but you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on the platform for its intended purpose.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the platform.
- Post spam, malware, or deceptive content.
- Impersonate another person or entity.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or platform systems.
- Share, resell, or transfer your account or subscription to another party.
- Manipulate URLs, tokens, or other platform identifiers to access restricted content.
9. Content Moderation
- We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.
- We are not responsible for content posted by users (candidates or employers).
- If you believe any content is inappropriate or violates your rights, please report it to support@zingoorjobs.com.
10. Limitation of Liability
- The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the platform.
- We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
- Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms.
- You may deactivate your account at any time by contacting support.
- Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease, but we may retain your data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
