Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all subscription plans and payments made on ZingoorJobs (https://zingoorjobs.com), operated by Precision E Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
1. Subscription Plans
- ZingoorJobs offers prepaid subscription plans for employers (companies).
- Plans are available in various durations (e.g., monthly, quarterly, annual).
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) with 18% GST applied at checkout.
- The platform is free for candidates — this policy applies only to employer subscriptions.
2. No Free Trial
ZingoorJobs does not offer a free trial period. All subscriptions are paid from the first day of activation.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Subscriptions are valid for their stated duration and cannot be cancelled mid-term for a refund.
- Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You will need to purchase a new plan when your current one expires.
- If you wish to stop using the platform, you may simply let your subscription expire. No action is required.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Eligible for Refund
- Duplicate Payment: If you are charged twice for the same subscription due to a technical error, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full.
- Payment Charged but Subscription Not Activated: If your payment was successfully debited but the subscription was not activated due to a system error, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Incorrect Amount Charged: If the amount charged exceeds the displayed price (including GST and after coupon discount), the excess amount will be refunded.
4.2 Not Eligible for Refund
- Change of mind after successful subscription activation.
- Partial usage of the subscription period.
- Downgrade to a lower plan (no pro-rata refund of the difference).
- Account suspension or termination due to violation of Terms & Conditions.
- Situations where the employer's hiring needs change after purchase.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for an eligible scenario, please email us with the following details:
- Registered email address.
- Company name.
- Transaction ID / Invoice number.
- Reason for the refund request.
- Screenshot of payment confirmation (if available).

6. Refund Processing
- Eligible refund requests will be acknowledged within 48 hours.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
- GST refund, if applicable, will be processed as per applicable tax laws.
7. Coupon Codes & Discounts
- Refunds on discounted purchases will be based on the actual amount paid, not the original price.
- Coupon codes used on a refunded purchase become void and cannot be reused.
